Strong winds have been killing us for a few days now (no Adalberto’s). They even bent the traffic light right outside of the shop. There’s bound to be an accident…it looks like there’s a red and green light both facing the same direction.

Cool & Blue Wave Sharp!
This doesn’t touch the Leilow Blog, but I did find a pretty rad vintage item while cleaning out my closet earlier.
Orix Blue Wave Ichiro cap from the 1990s. The Blue Wave eventually merged with the Kintetsu Buffaloes, and are now known as the Orix Buffaloes.

Dear Grind Time,
Please stop making Chase battle the guys who play hacky sack in the quad.
Thank you.

I first met Jon Famous in 7th grade, when we played on the school basketball team together. I hadn’t seen him in some time now…until somebody asked me if I had heard the Jim Jones song with “the Sacramento dude.” I have to slap myself for one, not knowing that several months ago a producer/artist from Sacramento did a song with Da Capo himself, and two, not knowing that person is none other than Jon Famous.
This shit is so absurd. I love it.
Look out for Jon Famous in ‘09.
My name’s Al Harrington. I get buckets.
It’s tournament time…time for Agustus Johnson to bless us with more classics.
