Macaframa unveiled its long-awaited collaboration with Raleigh Bicycles last week at Interbike 2010. The frame set is based largely on the original Raleigh track bike, with a retro feel and sleek look. It also features some great San Francisco-inspired graphics designed by fellow San Franciscan Mike Giant. The expected release date is November 2010.
A few days ago, I paid a visit to Benny Gold’s SF headquarters, deep in the heart of the Mission District. Ben is busy – readying his largest seasonal offering to date, new additions to the shop and the family, and a plethora of design projects on deck. Narrowing in on this week, BG is ready to release his anticipated collaboration with Japanese bag company SAG.
Using cues from the SAG Air Force 1 and Megatron bags, Benny implemented his own signature design elements to create a product that is both fashionable and functional. It is perfect for skating, cycling, or just going to class.
This limited edition item will only be available at the Benny Gold flagship store (3171 21st St.), beginning tomorrow, September 22. Be sure to pay homage to Bossman Levi when you go.
More Undefeated F/W ‘10 items are available in store. Athletic fleece items, such as the new Stadium Jacket (below), are ideal as the weather cools down and eases us into the Winter months. For more information, email shop@luckyleftys.com.
Here are a few detail shots of our fall hat collection. We will be releasing them in the next few weeks with the rest of the fall line. You can expect snap backs, mesh caps, campers, truckers and new era fitteds. It’s all about the details and I made sure that these hats have a ton. – BG
